  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. 8.2 If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Singapore under Singapore Arbitration Act. 8.3 Governing Law: Laws of Singapore

9. Service Termination
